Vision
Brooklyn Community Access Television (BCAT) gives Brooklynites the tools and know-how to professionally create and cablecast their own television programs, and produces non-commercial television programs that reflect the borough's diversity of thought and culture. Through four public access channels, a media education center and video production facility, and three special programming initiatives, BCAT provides a voice for all the people of Brooklyn. BCAT is the media arts program of BRIC Arts | Media | Bklyn, a multi-disciplinary arts and media non-profit dedicated to presenting visual, performing and media arts programs that are reflective of Brooklyn’s diverse communities and to supporting the creative proccess. |
