Sergio Sarmiento, an attorney from Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts leads a workshop on the basic differences between profit and nonprofit entities, with a main focus on the requirements for organizing LLCs and for profit corporations. A must for any Brooklynite considering starting an arts organization!
